Job SummaryThe RCM AR Analyst is responsible for managing accounts receivable processes within the healthcare revenue cycle. This role involves analyzing and resolving billing discrepancies, following up on outstanding claims, and ensuring timely payments from insurance companies and patients. Denials Management:Analyze and resolve denied claims by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.

Collaborate with the billing team to ensure accurate resubmission of claims. AR Follow-Up:Conduct regular follow-ups on outstanding accounts receivable to ensure timely payment. Maintain communication with insurance companies and patients regarding payment status.

Insurance Follow-Up:Liaise with insurance providers to clarify billing issues and expedite claim processing. Stay updated on insurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance. Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvements within the AR function.

Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in accounts receivable management. QualificationsAnalytical Skills, Invoicing, and Finance skills

Customer Service and Communication skills

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Experience in revenue cycle management or accounts receivable

Proficiency in billing software and MS ExcelDegree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
