Experience- Min 7 years
Responsibilities: Experience from Domestic Edtech Sales
- Lead, train, and manage a team of inside sales representatives, Assistant Managers and Deputy Managers
- Own and drive the B2C revenue targets by ensuring consistent performance and lead conversion.
- Analyze lead quality and collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation strategies.
- Monitor daily sales performance metrics (calls, demos booked, conversions, revenue).
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce sales cycle time and increase conversion rates.
- Implement and manage CRM tools (e.g., Zoho) and reporting systems.
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve team product knowledge and sales techniques.
