About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Financial Analyst to join a leading organization in Canada. The role involves preparing financial reports, analyzing data, and providing insights to support business decision-making. Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial data and prepare accurate reports for management review.
  • Develop forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses.
  • Provide insights on profitability, cost control, and financial performance.

  • Monitor industry trends and provide recommendations to optimize financial outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of proven experience in financial analysis or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, financial modeling, and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with ERP/financial software (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Open to relocating to Canada.
