About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Inventory Manager to oversee inventory control and warehouse operations in Canada. The role involves managing stock levels, ensuring accuracy in records, and optimizing storage and distribution processes. Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across multiple locations.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management systems and processes.
  • Supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
  • Collaborate with procurement, supply chain, and finance teams to align requirements.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Prepare inventory reports and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in inventory or warehouse management.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large-scale inventory operations.
  • Open to relocating to Canada.
