About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled
Java Developer
with strong experience in
Spring Boot, Microservices, and Design Patterns
. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building scalable, resilient backend systems and capable of working in fast-paced agile environments. Experience in
Reactive Java
and a strong foundation in
Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA)
is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable
    Java-based microservices
    using
    Spring Boot
    .
  • Implement and optimize
    RESTful APIs
    , ensuring performance and reliability.
  • Apply
    object-oriented design
    and
    design patterns
    to develop robust, maintainable solutions.
  • Work on
    Reactive Java / Spring WebFlux
    to build event-driven, non-blocking applications.
  • Write clean, efficient, and testable code adhering to best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and front-end engineers.
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architecture decisions.
  • Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects.
  • Document technical designs, architecture, and development procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4–5 years of hands-on experience in
    Java (8/11/17)
    development.
  • Strong experience with
    Spring Boot
    and
    Microservices Architecture
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    Reactive Programming (Spring WebFlux)
    .
  • Strong grasp of
    Object-Oriented Design
    and
    Design Patterns
    .
  • Sound knowledge of
    Data Structures and Algorithms
    .
  • Experience with
    REST APIs
    ,
    JSON
    , and
    Swagger/OpenAPI
    .
  • Working experience with
    Git
    ,
    CI/CD pipelines
    , and
    Docker
    .
  • Familiarity with
    SQL/NoSQL databases
    (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Good to Have

  • Exposure to
    Cloud platforms
    (AWS / Azure / GCP).
  • Knowledge of
    Kafka / RabbitMQ
    for asynchronous communication.
  • Experience with
    container orchestration (Kubernetes)
    .
  • Familiarity with
    Reactive Streams
    and functional programming paradigms.
