Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Field Sales & Training Executive to spearhead the

promotion and sales of Lab Test Packages across Apollo Pharmacy stores

This role combines in-store training with daily sales ownership, aiming to enhance staff capability

and drive lab test bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Ownership:

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for lab test packages across assigned stores.

  • Actively pitch lab test packages to customers in-store when required.

  • Monitor and improve lab test booking conversions through strategic engagement.

Training Responsibilities:

  • Visit Apollo Pharmacy stores to train store staff on available lab test packages - features, benefits, pricing, and booking process.

  • Conduct mock demos and real-time coaching on customer interactions.

  • Ensure every store is equipped with the right knowledge and materials to promote lab services.

Reporting & Feedback:

  • Maintain daily logs of store visits, training completed, and sales achieved.

  • Identify challenges at the store level and escalate insights to the central team.

  • Track progress of trained staff and share periodic feedback on training effectiveness.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (background in healthcare/pharma/diagnostics preferred).

  • 1-3 years of experience in field sales, retail training, or diagnostics/pharma sales.

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.

  • Ability to multitask - selling, training, reporting - while traveling extensively.

  • Must be comfortable working with daily performance targets.

  • Familiarity with local languages.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in diagnostic or pharmacy-based sales.

  • Knowledge of lab test categories, preventive health packages, and healthcare services.

  • Basic reporting and MS Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
