About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and online presence. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in digital marketing, Shopify management, coding fundamentals, and social media strategy. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage the company's social media and digital marketing strategy.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing campaigns.
  • Use Shopify to manage and optimize the company's e-commerce platform.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams to align brand messaging and campaigns.
  • Manage and oversee social media content creation, posting, and engagement.
  • Measure and report the success of every social media and digital marketing campaign.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Utilize social media management tools .
  • Monitor SEO performance, web traffic, and user engagement metrics.
  • Suggest and implement strategies for content optimization and audience growth.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of major social platforms — Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Telegram, and YouTube.
  • Oversee website content, ensuring good web design, coding accuracy, and publishing standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing or social media management.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify and basic coding knowledge (HTML/CSS preferred).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, web traffic analytics, and digital advertising.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
  • Knowledge of Google Ads and social media advertising.
  • Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual design and branding.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹55,000.00 per month
