The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies to promote the company's brand, projects, and services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with social media management, digital advertising, and online branding in the construction and real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow the company's presence across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, YouTube, and Twitter (X).
  • Create, schedule, and monitor engaging content for all social media channels.
  • Plan and execute Facebook and Google Ads campaigns to generate leads.
  • Manage and optimize the company's Google My Business (GMB) profile for better visibility.
  • Handle WhatsApp API / bulk WhatsApp marketing tools for promotions and customer communication.
  • Use AI tools to create engaging marketing videos and visual content.
  • Manage and update the company website, ensuring SEO optimization and updated project information.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis in the construction and real estate sector to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of social media management and digital marketing tools.
  • Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with AI content creation tools and video editing software.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and website content management.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21, ₹25,000.00 per month
