The Sr Finance Analyst for Cytiva is responsible to deliver finance process activities including Budget, Forecast, closing, actuals reporting, various ad-hoc analysis by partnering with FP&A leader and Logistics Operations team. What you will do:Key finance business partner to FP&A leader, and finance team, leading financial activities for month, Quarter close pacing and provide strong leadership and analytics for forecasts and Budget setting.Maintain financials outlook, Bowler, score cards etc., lead analytics around high impact cost like headcount, contractors etc., and support in dashboards, reports publishingProvide financial data to finance and operating teams in effort to drive growth while also providing necessary supply chain & logistics analytics to highlight key business performance drivers, identifying risks and opportunities throughout the quarter and developing processes to mitigate risks while capitalizing on opportunities.Working on the logistics cost like ..fright analysis, warehouse cost and customs duties, and consolidating actual operating cost & logistics cost and reporting results.Participate in simplification projects that will facilitate and increase capacity for value-added financial analysis. This could include being accountable for creating and maintaining SOP's.Who you are:Bachelor's degree /MBA in finance and Accounting/CA/ICWA with 8 to10 years of experience in an accounting/finance position.Knowledge & experience of FP&A; Previously worked in a global business environment with experience of global processes.Proficient in Excel, managing large data setExperience of ERP / BI tool usage, for example Oracle, SAP, OneStream, Qlik.
