We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accounts & Operations Executive with 4–5 years of experience in accounting, inventory coordination, and cross-functional operations. This role demands hands-on expertise in Tally, strong command over GST and TDS/TCS compliance, and the ability to manage dispatch workflows and vendor/customer communication with precision.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and ensures smooth day-to-day functioning across finance and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage purchase entries, sales invoicing, bank reconciliations, and payment entries in Tally
  • Maintain GST records, TDS/TCS sheets, and statutory documentation
  • Coordinate with warehouse for dispatches, receipts, and delivery challan verification
  • Generate purchase orders and share dispatch details with customers
  • Maintain Excel sheets for warehouse expenses and operational tracking
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and clients
  • Prioritize daily tasks and follow up on pending items with accuracy
  • Support audit preparation and ensure documentation compliance

Candidate Profile:

  • 4–5 years of experience in accounting and operations
  • Proficient in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-focused
