The Senior Accountant will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, managing general ledger entries, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations, and overseeing accounting operations. Daily tasks include month-end and year-end close processes, budget preparation, forecasting, and providing guidance and supervision to junior accountants. The role requires close collaboration with other departments to support financial decision-making and enhance the overall financial health of the organization.QualificationsProficiency in financial reporting, general ledger, and month-end/year-end close processesExperience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysisStrong knowledge of accounting principles and regulationsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to supervise and provide guidance to junior accountantsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional certification such as CPA or CA is preferred
