Job title: Junior Analyst, Marketing Operations

Reporting To (title): Ops Lead

Experience: 0-6 months of experience

Location: Gurugram

Position Type: Full-time

Timing: 1 pm to 10 pm, IST

Job Responsibilities: We are looking for a Junior Analyst to support the Global & AM Marketing Operations and Global Marketing Executive programs by providing the following:

  • Performs administrative work, involving independent judgment and discretion, necessary to manage the workflow of key programs, finance, and invoice processing with an understanding of priorities
  • Plan and coordinate meetings virtually across regions and various time zones
  • Prepare and submit expense reports with detail and accuracy
  • Prepare presentations, reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and other documents as required
  • Collaborate with the team on reporting and tracking of global marketing budgets
  • Any additional operational works as and when needed

Key skills and experience

  • The role requires 0-6 years of professional experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
  • You will be working with stakeholders with international exposure to drive tasks promptly
  • Responsiveness to communication and tasks is key across time, while ensuring all best practices are applied
