1)Collaborate with the procurement team to source recycling equipment, technologies, and materials to optimize plastic recycling processes.

2)Identify and establish relationships with suppliers of plastic waste, such as businesses, municipalities, and recycling centers.

3)Monitor and track collection and sorting activities, ensuring the quantity and quality of plastic waste meet recycling standards.

4)Identify opportunities for process automation, technological advancements, and cost-effective recycling practices.

5)Prepare and present reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to plastic recycling, such as recycling rates, waste diversion, and environmental impact.

Preferred candidate profile

1) Should have plastic Recycling plant head experience.

2) Candidate should be from Plastic industry domain.

3)Minimum experience should be 10 + years in Plastic domain.
