Role Overview:

The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, approaching potential clients, and supporting the empanelment process for recruitment and staffing services. This is an excellent role for young professionals with strong communication and sales acumen who want to build a career in HR consulting and staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through cold calls, emails, networking, and online research.

Approach HR Heads/Managers to pitch Proxima's recruitment & staffing services.

Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client empanelment documents.

Build and maintain client relationships for repeat and ongoing business.

Support the BD Manager in negotiations and closure of client contracts.

Coordinate with the recruitment delivery team to ensure client requirements are fulfilled.

Track competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.

Maintain and update CRM/database with leads, prospects, and client interactions.

Achieve monthly/quarterly business development targets.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Confidence in client interaction and relationship building.

Knowledge/interest in recruitment, staffing, and HR outsourcing.

Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive.

Ability to research and identify potential clients.

Basic MS Office / CRM tools knowledge.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field.

0–3 years of experience in business development / sales (preferably in recruitment or staffing).

Freshers with strong sales aptitude and interest in HR consulting will also be considered.
