This position requires a creative mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing opportunities to advance your career and contribute to our collective success.What your day-to-day will look like:Develop and manage comprehensive event strategies aligned with JLL's brand and business goalsLead the end-to-end planning and execution of various events, including conferences, trade shows, and client appreciation functionsCollaborate with leadership teams to ensure event objectives are met and exceed expectationsNegotiate and manage vendor relationships, contracts, and budgetsImplement innovative event technologies and platforms to enhance attendee experiencesAnalyze event metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvementFoster a culture of inclusivity and belonging across event teams and attendeesRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field5+ years of experience in event planning and management, preferably in a corporate settingProven track record of successfully executing large-scale eventsExcellent project management and organizational skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in event management software and toolsAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as neededPreferred Qualifications:Master's degree in a relevant fieldExperience in the real estate or professional services industryCertification in event planning (e.g., CMP, CSEP)Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor team membersMultilingual capabilitiesExperience with virtual and hybrid event formatsProven success in implementing sustainable event practicesAt JLL, we believe that the most effective teams are built when everyone is empowered to thrive.
