Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Identify, qualify, and contact potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and online research.
  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Sales & Account Management
  • Present and explain products or services to prospective clients.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of leads using CRM software.
  • Prepare quotes, follow up on proposals, and negotiate pricing when appropriate.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers throughout the sales process.
  • Collaboration & Reporting
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback on market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
