Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels, job boards, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Maintain recruitment database and track candidate progress throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes.
