We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Hairstylist to join our dynamic salon team. As a senior stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services, mentoring junior staff, and providing an exceptional customer experience. You should have strong technical skills, a creative eye, and a passion for staying updated with the latest trends and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, blow-drying, treatments, and chemical services (e.g., smoothing, straightening).
  • Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles and treatments.
  • Stay updated on the latest hair trends, products, and techniques.
  • Train, guide, and mentor junior stylists and assistants.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
  • Recommend and upsell haircare products and treatments.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
  • Participate in salon marketing activities, campaigns, and events.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a professional hairstylist (5+ years).
  • Proficiency in a wide range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and chemical treatments.
  • Strong knowledge of hair products, tools, and hygiene standards.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Creative flair and passion for the beauty industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and peak hours.
