Job Description
We are looking for energetic and result-driven Field Sales Executives to drive product availability, visibility, and growth in the Delhi NCR market. This is a field-intensive role suited for those passionate about sales and the FMCG sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, onboard, and manage distributors and retailers for DRINX products in assigned areas.
* Ensure strong in-store visibility and regular availability of products.
* Promote the product to retailers and push for primary and secondary sales.
* Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Execute product placement, branding, and in-store promotion activities.
* Monitor competitor activities and share regular market feedback.
* Submit daily sales reports and customer insights to the management.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Experience: 1–2 years in FMCG field sales (preferably beverages, snacks, or packaged foods)
2. Freshers with a strong interest in FMCG sales are welcome to apply.
3. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
4. Must be field-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven.
5. Familiarity with Delhi NCR market and local distribution channels is a plus.
6. Must be comfortable with frequent local travel.
