Job Title: Sr. Business Development Executive (B2C EdTech Sales – Upskilling Courses)

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Sr. Business Development Executive to drive B2C sales of our upskilling courses.

Leads will be provided by the company – no lead generation required.

Only candidates with prior EdTech sales experience (B2C) should apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle warm leads shared by the company
  • Convert leads into successful course enrollments
  • Manage the complete sales cycle (enquiry to closure)
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets
  • Guide learners in selecting the right program for their career goals

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of proven B2C EdTech sales experience (mandatory)
  • Strong communication, negotiation & persuasion skills
  • Consistent track record of achieving sales targets
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven personality
