Job Title: Sr. Business Development Executive (B2C EdTech Sales – Upskilling Courses)

Role Overview:
We are hiring a Sr. Business Development Executive to drive B2C sales of our upskilling courses.
Leads will be provided by the company – no lead generation required.
Only candidates with prior EdTech sales experience (B2C) should apply.
Responsibilities:
- Handle warm leads shared by the company
- Convert leads into successful course enrollments
- Manage the complete sales cycle (enquiry to closure)
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets
- Guide learners in selecting the right program for their career goals
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of proven B2C EdTech sales experience (mandatory)
- Strong communication, negotiation & persuasion skills
- Consistent track record of achieving sales targets
- Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven personality
