Interior Site Engineer – AiTi Interiors

RoleOverview:

AiTi Interiors is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Interior Site Engineer to manage day-to-day site activities, ensure quality execution, and coordinate with labor teams, contractors, and designers. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth, timely, and accurate completion of interior projects in accordance with approved drawings, materials, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

● Execute, monitor, and manage daily on-site interior works as per the project schedule.

● Ensure strict adherence to technical drawings, design specifications, and quality standards.

● Coordinate with labour teams, subcontractors, vendors, and designers for seamless project execution.

● Oversee material planning, verification, and timely availability at the site.

● Take accurate measurements and cross-check against drawings and BOQs.

● Identify issues on-site, troubleshoot, and escalate when required.

● Maintain site reports, work progress updates, and document daily activities.

● Ensure a clean, safe, and organised work environment.

● Support the project manager with progress updates, requirements, and site challenges. Requirements

● Proven experience in interior project execution, site supervision, or site engineering (Residential/Commercial).

● Strong ability to read and interpret architectural & interior design drawings.

● Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 2D drafting tools

. ● Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills.

● Knowledge of materials, installation methods, and finishing standards.

● Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and accountability.

● Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹55,000.00 per month
