We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to handle end-to-end management of commercial fit-out and office interior projects. The role requires strong ownership of timelines, vendors, and client communication.

Responsibilities


• Plan, schedule, and monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.


• Prepare and track BOQs, budgets, and variations.


• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers at site.


• Ensure quality checks and execution as per drawings and specifications.


• Act as the single point of contact for clients, providing regular updates.


• Resolve site issues quickly to avoid delays.


• Conduct handover with proper documentation and snag clearance.

Skills & Experience


• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in commercial interiors / fit-outs.


• Strong knowledge of BOQs, budgeting, and vendor management.


• Hands-on approach with ability to handle ground realities at site.


• Good communication and client-handling skills.

Qualification


• Degree or Diploma in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
