Established in 2020, MUFG Global Service Private Limited (MGS) is 100% subsidiary of MUFG having offices in Bengaluru and Mumbai. MGS India has been set up as a Global Capability Centre / Centre of Excellence to provide support services across various functions such as IT, KYC/ AML, Credit, Operations etc. to MUFG Bank offices globally. Roles and Responsibilities:

As an IBM OpenPages Senior Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing strategies to convert customer business needs into effective technical solutions.
• Designing solutions by analyzing requirements and providing estimates.
• Handling IBM OpenPages configurations, workflows, calculations, and offering support during development, deployment, and post go-live phases.
• Overseeing IBM OpenPages integration (using APIs) across various bank systems.
• Acting as the primary liaison among different teams working on the solution.
• Engaging in customer proposals and assisting with business development efforts.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors' Degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Experience in the financial services or banking industry is preferred.
• Minimum 6-8 years of hands-on experience in IBM Open Pages (8.3.x and later), including designing, and developing complex flows for Governance Risk and Compliance space.
• Strong experience with TFUI, workflows, configuration, views, calculations, security, triggers, helpers, APIs, AFCON, object models, integration, etc.
• Should have completed at least 2 end to end implementations for IBM Open Pages – AFOC, Object Model, Fields, Profiles, Workflow, Calculations, Notifications, Reports.
• Proven experience in designing and architecting solutions on IBM OpenPages and Cognos Framework.
• Extensive experience in the GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) domain.
• Skilled in creating solution designs, estimates, and customer demos.
• Well-versed in deployment cycles and DevOps related to IBM OpenPages.
• Proficient in Java to support IBM OpenPages APIs.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and processes.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective client interaction at all levels.
• Knowledgeable in CI/CD principles
• Knowledgeable in DevOps workflow tooling including Azure DevOps Services
• Nice to have: Experience in writing and optimizing SQL scripts for querying, reporting, and data modeling in Framework Manager and Cognos Analytics.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise:

• Experience with the full lifecycle of IBM OpenPages version upgrades and migrations.
• Exposure to batch scripting, and Windows environments.
• Knowledgeable on Assian Suite (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
• IBM OpenPages developer certification.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Creative approach to problem-solving, innovation, and issue resolution in deployment cycles and DevOps related to IBM OpenPages.
• Proficient in Java to support IBM OpenPages APIs.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and processes.
