Role Overview

We are seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) who will drive both marketing and sales. This leadership role involves creating brand awareness, executing marketing strategies, and directly handling sales to grow the company's revenue.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop and execute marketing strategies to establish iLeadss in the market.


• Drive client acquisition and revenue growth through sales and marketing.


• Handle end-to-end sales: lead generation, pitching, closing deals, and client servicing.


• Run and optimize digital marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).


• Achieve monthly sales/revenue targets and report performance to the founder.


• Build and manage a small marketing & sales team as the company scales.

Requirements


• 2+ years of experience in sales & marketing (startup/agency background preferred).


• Strong knowledge of online ads and lead generation.


• Proven ability to achieve revenue/sales targets.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.


• Entrepreneurial mindset to thrive in a startup environment.
