Warehouse/Store Management

 Planning and maintaining efficient warehouse operations including receipt, storage, return of unsold stock

and inventory control; organizing the stock properly for easy accessibility, identification & total count.

 Developing & implementing plans to improve the commercial performance of the store by increasing its

turnover and maximising profitability.

 Optimizing warehouse space utilization and looking for capacity enhancement if needed.

Inventory Management

 Responsible for Material Requirement Planning (MRP), based on material requirement dates, Reorder points

and procurement lead times.

 Carrying out inventory / warehouse management of equipments; replenishing stock items by raising

purchase indents/ delivery advices & scrutinizing purchase indents for equipment.

 Maintaining the stock of material without any variance by conducting stock verification; monitoring hygiene; taking safety measures as per the quality standards.

Main Responsibility :

STORE

* Preparation of Indent, Purchase Order, GRN, Material Issue, Inventory Control (SAP-MM)

* Maintain Spare part of Auto Component.

* Processing of Indents, Coordination of department, coordination with suppliers for pending indents.

* Checking correctness of GRN sending to accounts for payment.

* Maintaining house keeping, safety, MIS Report & Co-ordination with dealer/Concerned authorities.

* Checking of Issue Voucher, checking and clearing of supplier and transporter bill.

* Reconciliation of stores & Spares consumption with accounts.

* Daily Monitoring raw material receipt and stock.

* Coordination with weight and measures for verification and stamping of weighbridges.

* Prepare Purchase Orders Post approvals

* Follow up way bill like Form 38 or way bill.

* Excise table maintenance for stores & Spares.

* Distribute Purchase Orders – Accounts/Vendor/Warehouse/Office File.

* Follow-up with vendor for Materials and ensure right product, at right time, at right place.

* Receive Invoice/GRN pass-on for payment.

* Follow-up with Accounts for settlement of vendors claims.

* Coordinate with consultant/Accounts department for road permits & check post issues if any.

* Coordinate with projects for confirmation on direct delivery at sites for GRN preparation.

* Facilitating settlement of service orders in respect of Civil/Electrical/Security/House Keeping & Fuel filling.

* Handling complete work of projects in different site of country.

* Maintain the office documents like Inward/Outward Register and stock Register.

* Day to day Computer data posting.

* Controlling the office staff and labour.

* Handling transportation for daily despatch.

Preferably - 1. Male then one age above or around 50

2. Electronics Manufacturing experience

3. SAP Software

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
