Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect located in Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The Architect will be responsible for overseeing the integration and implementation of design elements in various projects. Day-to-day tasks include conceptualizing, coordinating with project management, and ensuring compliance with international standards and local regulations. The Architect will also liaise with clients, consult with engineers and planners, and ensure that projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design
  • Experience in Project Management and coordination
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Degree in Architecture or related discipline
  • Licensure as an Architect is a plus
  • Experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality projects is a plus preferably 5+ years
