Position Overview

We are looking for an Architect with 5-6 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, technical expertise, and experience in coordinating architectural planning, approvals, and on-site execution. The role involves working closely with the design, project, and execution teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and working drawings as per project requirements.
  • Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams to ensure design alignment.
  • Prepare and review construction drawings, GFCs, and presentation drawings.
  • Liaise with consultants, contractors, and vendors during project execution.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design standards.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, bye-laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support project planning, budgeting, and technical documentation.
  • Provide innovative design inputs to enhance project aesthetics and functionality.
  • Manage design revisions based on client and management feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
  • 56 years of experience in residential or commercial real estate projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office.
  • Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and detailing.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
