Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Administrator/Developer to join a reputed organization in Singapore. The selected candidate will be responsible for customizing and maintaining Salesforce platforms to support core business operations, drive user adoption, and implement automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Administration:


• Manage user profiles, roles, permission sets, and security configurations.


• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data validation rules.


• Perform routine system maintenance and data cleanup activities.

Development:


• Design and build Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages.


• Customize Salesforce objects, fields, record types, and layouts as per business requirements.


• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.


• Implement automations using Flows, Process Builder, and Approval Processes.

Support & Documentation:


• Train users and support issue resolution.


• Document technical specifications, workflows, and release logs.


• Work closely with QA and business stakeholders for testing and feedback.

Candidate Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.


• 2 years of hands-on Salesforce admin and development experience.


• Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) certification required.


• Platform Developer I certification is a strong plus.


• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration.


• Experience with integration tools and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Zapier) is advantageous.


• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience:


• Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud implementation.


• Agile/Scrum project experience.


• Familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset).


• Exposure to multi-national company environments or APAC business settings.
