Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
:-

  • Ability to work closely with the client, project team, security team and architect to understand the land scape and develop solutions.
  • Always stay on top of trends and advancements in ServiceNow capabilities to optimize efficiency and performance.

Technical
:

  • 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation
  • Ability to both configure and demonstrate solutions in the ServiceNow platform
    .
  • Provide compelling and well thought out solutions to problems of moderate complexity
  • Experience implementing and integrating enterprise software applications
  • Fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS.
  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
  • Implementation experience for Discovery, Service Mapping, Cloud Provisioning & Governance and Hardware Asset Management
  • ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4 preferred)
  • Experience in ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript, Jelly and Angular JS including: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, etc.
  • Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies
  • Understanding of common business analysis techniques and approaches
  • Exposure to Now Assist

Certificates (preferred)
:

  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
