What we do
We have a small but mighty team at Dexibit. Our mission is to support our business by being at the intersection of data and AI for visitor attractions, a niche but large global market, ensuring we deliver real world value for our customers.
Our customers are cultural institutions and commercial attractions from all over the world of different shapes and sizes. From 100,000 visitors a year to 10 million or more, for profit/non profit/government, education. or entertainment, outdoors or in, we've seen them all Some already have a data solution, or have tried and failed – for others, data is new to them, often a strategic priority or long held wish.
Our solution is specifically designed for this sector. It's turnkey, self service and with unique unified data, all wrapped as a Software as a Service (SaaS).
Sales at Dexibit
We balance outbound and inbound at Dexibit, nurturing customers through a discovery and demo sales process before getting into commercial closure.
You'll have some experience in a sales capacity, coupled with passion and pride. You'll need to understand data concepts and the SaaS business model.
Most importantly, you'll have an inner fire that drives you to enjoy finding and connecting with contacts. You'll be someone who likes the chase. You'll be a confident, clear communicator, comfortable with email, phone and social media and persuasive. You'll need to be a fast learner, methodical and disciplined.
You'll need:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication with a clear phone manner and superb grammar
- Ideally, previous exposure to sales and SaaS
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
- Interest in data, AI and visitor attractions
- Most importantly, a great attitude and a growth mindset
Key responsibilities/accountabilities
- Researching and identifying contacts in the industry who fit our ideal customer profile
- Personalizing outreach across various channels including activating prospects via phone, using AI tools smartly and responsibly
- Following up inbound leads and supporting event based campaigns
- Booking discovery/demo calls and aiding follow up to book further deal progression meeting
- Keeping customer relationship management tools up to date (we use Salesforce)
- Refining messaging and methods with data
- Sharing customers' needs with Product – you'll gain a deep understanding of our customers' pain points and needs while interacting closely with them and will be able to share these back to help shape our product priorities.
