Role and Responsibilities: As a Project Manager handling SEO services, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, ensuring project success, and handling payment processes during the night shift. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their needs and objectives.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates, address inquiries, and gather feedback.
  1. Project Coordination:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SEO specialists, content creators, and designers, to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within scope.
  • Develop project plans, set milestones, and monitor progress to ensure projects are executed smoothly.
  1. Payment Processing:
  • Manage the billing and invoicing process, including generating accurate invoices, tracking payments, and addressing any billing-related inquiries from clients.
  • Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate payment collection.
  1. Performance Tracking:
  • Monitor and report on project performance, KPIs, and milestones to clients, providing data-driven insights into the effectiveness of the SEO strategies.
  1. Problem Solving:
  • Identify potential challenges and proactively address issues that may impact project timelines, quality, or client satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively to find creative solutions and mitigate risks.
  1. Client Reporting:
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on project status, performance metrics, and results achieved to clients, showcasing the value of the services provided.
  1. Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SEO to provide informed recommendations and drive continuous improvement in project execution.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role in a digital marketing or SEO agency.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, strategies, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working the night shift as per the company's requirement.
