This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at AJANTHA BUILDMART INDIA PVT LTD, located in Chennai.

Job description *

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through various channels. They will manage account relationships and strategize to achieve business growth. Daily tasks include lead generation, client negotiation, building strong connections with clients, and maintaining excellent communication to meet business objectives and client needs.

Qualifications

  • Experience and skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Field Sales & Cold Call Experience is Must
  • Strong background in Business and Accounts Management
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Self-motivated and driven to work independently
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the construction or building materials industry is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹45,000.00 per month
