Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and leadership skills to drive online growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Plan and manage digital marketing budgets and resources effectively.
  • Identify emerging digital trends and evaluate their potential impact.
  • Campaign Management
  • Oversee all digital marketing campaigns across channels such as SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Optimize campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Content & Social Media
  • Supervise the creation and distribution of engaging and high-quality digital content.
  • Manage social media presence and grow community engagement across platforms.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and external agencies.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) for all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Use insights to refine strategies and maximize impact.
  • Track ROI and prepare monthly performance reports for senior management.
  • Team Leadership
  • Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17, ₹65,327.76 per month
