We are looking for a skilled professional with 4 to 10 years of experience to join our team as a WMS Support Specialist in the Employment Firms/Recruitment Services Firms industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting warehouse management systems and excellent problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Provide technical support for warehouse management systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of WMS with other systems.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in WMS operations.
  • Train and guide junior team members on WMS best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to WMS.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the employment or recruitment industry.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and their applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a flexible approach to changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail, focusing on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
