Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop visually stunning and engaging motion graphics for digital platforms including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and technical teams to conceptualize and execute impactful design solutions.
  • Create storyboards, animatics, and visual aids to effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other relevant tools to deliver high-quality animations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and motion graphics best practices.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects within defined deadlines and budgets.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks efficiently.
  • Interact with clients and stakeholders to understand creative requirements and align outputs accordingly.
  • Provide creative input, inspiration, and constructive feedback within the design team.
  • Maintain high attention to detail, ensuring consistency and quality in all deliverables.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphics and animation work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop (knowledge of Cinema 4D/Blender is a plus).
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Ability to translate concepts into visually engaging motion designs.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
