About the Role

We are looking for a talented Motion Graphic Designer with 2-4 years of experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about motion graphics and visual storytelling. You will be responsible for creating high-quality motion graphics, and visual effects for various digital platforms, advertisements, and branded content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality motion graphics, and visual effects for videos, advertisements, and digital content.
  • Develop storyboards, animatics, and style frames to visualize creative concepts.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, video editors, and creative teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Optimize assets for performance and visual quality across different platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest animation trends, tools, and technologies to enhance creative outputs.
  • Work with tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality production standards.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience as Motion Graphic Designer and visual effects.
  • Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Spine, and Photoshop.
  • Knowledge of render engines like Redshift, Octane, or Arnold is a plus.
  • Understanding of compositing a video.
  • Experience with motion capture, particle effects, and dynamics is a plus.
  • Strong artistic and storytelling skills with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • A portfolio or demo reel showcasing the work is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or diploma in Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • Experience working in an advertising agency, gaming studio, or creative production house is a plus.
  • Knowledge of VR/AR animation and interactive 3D experiences is an added advantage.
