About the Role
Join UniAthena a global leader in online education, as a Researcher specializing in Social Sciences. You will mentor, evaluate, and guide learners across the globe in developing high-quality dissertations, thesis, and research projects at both Master's and Bachelor's levels. This role combines academic excellence with innovation—helping learners apply advanced methodologies, analytical tools, and research frameworks while ensuring timely and quality project completion.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and guide learners throughout all stages of their dissertation, thesis, or project work.

Support topic selection, proposal writing, literature review, methodology design, and data analysis.

Evaluate learners' submissions, provide detailed feedback, and ensure academic integrity.

Track progress and report learner performance regularly to ensure project completion within deadlines.

Mentor learners for research paper writing and publication in SCOPUS / ABDC / or high-quality indexed journals.

Collaborate with academic teams to maintain Uniathena's global research standards.

Required Experience
2+ years of experience in research supervision or academic mentoring (Master's/Bachelor's level).

Demonstrated experience in publishing research papers in reputed indexed journals.

Excellent understanding of academic writing styles (APA, Harvard).

Skills & Tools
Methodologies: Qualitative, Quantitative, and Mixed Methods.

Data Collection Tools: SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, Google Forms, Kobo Toolbox, NVivo, ATLAS.TI

Data Analysis Software: EXCEL, SPSS, AMOS, NVivo, MAXQDA, Stata, R.

Statistical Techniques: Regression, ANOVA, Correlation, Structural Equation Modelling (SEM).

Emerging Research Tools: AI-based text analysis, NLP-driven sentiment & thematic analysis.
