Job Description: Technical Manager

We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager with strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Python, and Azure Cloud, along with a solid understanding of data engineering and microservices architecture. The ideal candidate should possess full-stack capabilities, with exposure to both front-end and back-end technologies, and be capable of managing cross-functional teams, including QA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable technical solutions.
• Oversee both front-end and back-end development teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Implement and maintain microservices-based architecture for efficient and scalable applications.
• Drive cloud adoption and modernization initiatives using Microsoft Azure.
• Manage and guide both QA and development teams to achieve project goals and maintain coding standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to integrate data-driven solutions into business workflows.
• Manage and mentor developers, QA engineers, and technical leads to ensure project success.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and quality processes.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical strategy planning.
• Work closely with stakeholders to align technical goals with business objectives.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in software development and architecture design.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Python.
• Experience with Azure Cloud Services (App Services, Functions, Data Factory, etc.).
• Proven expertise in microservices and API-driven development.
• Hands-on experience with front-end technologies (React, Angular, or similar).
• Solid understanding of database systems, data pipelines, and integration frameworks.
• Experience managing QA processes and automation frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
