E-Commerce Manager

An E-commerce Manager is responsible for the overall strategy, management, and optimization of a company's online store to drive sales and growth. Key duties include overseeing the website's design and user experience, managing digital marketing campaigns (like SEO and PPC), analyzing data to improve performance, and collaborating with other departments like marketing, IT, and customer service to ensure a seamless online customer journey. Key responsibilities
- Strategy and planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce business plan and strategy, including sales and marketing initiatives.
- Website management: Oversee the e-commerce platform, ensuring it is user-friendly, functional, and optimized for conversions.
- Digital marketing: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, and social media to drive traffic and sales.
- Performance analysis: Track key metrics, analyze sales data, and generate reports to identify trends, measure performance, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with teams such as marketing, IT, product development, and customer service to ensure a cohesive and seamless customer experience from start to finish.
- Customer experience: Focus on enhancing the customer journey, managing customer feedback, and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
