Roles and Responsibilities

  • Servicing clients in the luxury/ meta-luxury segment, seeking experiential holidays.
  • Curating customized holiday plans for Europe, the Americas, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand, Southeast Asia backed by thorough research and in-depth destination knowledge.
  • Attending trade shows and supplier meets to bring on board new suppliers and products to enhance the international portfolio.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate with minimum 5yrs work experience in B2C Travel Operations with good destination and product knowledge. Also, all interdependent functions that tie into holiday planning (Visa, Ticketing, Forex).
  • In-depth knowledge of curating holidays all across the globe. Knowledge of luxury products is an added advantage.
  • Experience in designing and costing intimate celebrations, corporate retreats, and small groups.
  • Ability to work under pressure, deliver within set timelines, troubleshoot and think independently.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organized with a strong work ethic.
