IT Recruiter

Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for an IT Recruiter. The IT Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to hire the best IT talent. Responsibilities also include collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, leveraging innovative sourcing techniques, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline to meet organizational needs. Administrative tasks such as managing recruitment databases and ensuring compliance will also be part of the day-to-day activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Recruitment, Talent Sourcing, and Technical Screening
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM tools, and Recruitment Platforms
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of current hiring trends, IT roles and technologies, and workforce planning
• Ability to work autonomously with attention to detail and organizational skills
• Previous experience in remote recruitment or staffing is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
