Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 7 years of experience in managing financial operations within a large-scale or reputable manufacturing company.

This role demands a high level of accuracy, integrity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, payables, receivables, inventory accounting, and bank reconciliations. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, the Companies Act, and other financial reporting standards (IND-AS).

Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to management. Manage internal and external audits, and coordinate with auditors to ensure timely completion. Monitor and improve accounting systems, controls, and processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis, and cost control initiatives. Liaise with vendors, customers, and statutory authorities for financial matters. Support in the implementation and maintenance of ERP/Accounting software (Tally, SAP, or similar).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial planning and strategic decision-making. Candidate RequirementsChartered Accountant (CA)- PreferredBased in Dewas - PreferredMinimum 7 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial management in a large-scale or reputable company, preferably in the manufacturing or steel sector. Strong knowledge of taxation, financial compliance, and corporate accounting principles.

Experience with inventory accounting and cost accounting in a manufacturing environment. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Tally ERP, and accounting software such as SAP or Oracle. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
