We are looking for a motivated Junior IT Hardware Engineer to support our IT infrastructure by installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware components. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of computer hardware, networking, and IT support processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware devices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and network-related issues.
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining servers, storage devices, and networking equipment.
  • Perform routine system checks and preventive maintenance.
  • Support software installations and upgrades as needed.
  • Maintain inventory records of IT assets and hardware components.
  • Provide basic technical support to employees and resolve IT-related queries.
  • Assist in data backup and recovery processes.
  • Collaborate with senior IT staff on projects and infrastructure improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware components and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).
  • Understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, IP addressing).
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
