Junior Accounts Executive

Role Summary:

We are seeking Junior Accounts who support our day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate record-keeping, timely payments, and compliance with internal and statutory requirements. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates looking to build a strong foundation in accounting and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining books of accounts using accounting software (Tally Prime)
  • Prepare and process invoices, bills, and expense reports
  • Support monthly and annual financial closings
  • Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts
  • Maintain petty cash records and assist with reimbursements
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for payment follow-ups
  • Assist in GST filings and TDS calculations
  • Organize and archive financial documents

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
  • 0–2 years of experience in accounting or finance
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally Prime
  • Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory norms
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Alternate Saturdays Off (2nd & 4th)
