Role Overview

Globalco seeks a Country Coordinator for India. The position carries strategic and operational authority. The chosen candidate drives consistency, discipline, and performance across multiple teams while ensuring seamless coordination with Globalco headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the principal liaison between Indian operations and Globalco headquarters.
Supervise national operations and uphold alignment with global directives.

Direct local management teams and evaluate departmental outcomes.Enforce compliance with internal policies and regional regulatory standards.Facilitate communication between project managers, stakeholders, and executive management.Administer staff coordination, recruitment support, and office performance tracking.Manage logistical, financial, and administrative functions to sustain operational efficiency.Produce detailed performance and compliance reports for executive review.Represent Globalco in corporate meetings and national business forums.Mitigate operational risks and uphold business continuity standards.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent discipline.
Demonstrated experience in operations leadership, project coordination, or cross-functional management.

Advanced command of English and precise communication in professional settings.

Mastery of MS Office tools and enterprise communication systems.

Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities.

Deep understanding of Indian business regulations and workforce management.Preferred Attributes    Strategic foresight in managing international operations.

Resilience under high-stakes or cross-time-zone coordination.

Capacity to synthesize multiple data inputs into actionable decisions.

Integrity, discipline, and readiness to act independently.
