We are looking for a skilled and reliable IT & Dialer Administrator to manage and support our full IT infrastructure.

What you'll handle:

Office networking (LAN/WiFi)

Server management & maintenance

Dialer setup, monitoring & optimization (Vicidial/GoAutoDial or similar)

Troubleshooting outages, call drops & SIP issues

Day-to-day IT support to ensure smooth operations

Who we're looking for:

Strong knowledge of networking & Linux-based systems

Hands-on experience with call center dialers

Ability to manage IT infrastructure independently

Fast problem-solver with a proactive approach
