Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager based in Patna. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for supervising day-to-day branch operations, managing team productivity, and ensuring quality customer service. Additional responsibilities include overseeing compliance with banking regulations, planning and executing business growth strategies, and driving improvement in customer acquisition and retention. The role requires strong organizational, leadership, and customer relationship management abilities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in team management, leadership, and organizational skills
- Understanding of banking operations, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Strong customer service, relationship management, and communication abilities
- Experience in problem-solving, decision-making, and data analytics
- Familiarity with digital banking products, tools, and technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Ability to work in a dynamic, on-site environment and adapt to changing business needs
- Prior banking or financial services experience is advantageous
