Required/Mandate Qualifications:
MBA/PGDM from Premium/ Tier 1 B-Schools
2-6 years of strong exposure to HR/HRBP functions OR Program management OR Management consulting Strategy / HR consulting.

This is a human resources specialist role that will lead multiple programs and projects in Workforce staffing. The role holder will operate in a complex environment managing projects in multiple disciplines that involves (but not limited to) , process and productivity improvement, quality of hire, cost-to-serve, vendor strategy, market intelligence, go-to-market strategies, employer branding, compliance, partnering with tech team to build tech products, identify and establish new ways of working in talent supply chain.
Key job responsibilities
We are looking for amazing people who will work backward from customers and design, deploy and scale programs in workforce staffing.
The successful candidate will work in lock-step with APAC, WFS Operations and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include
-Lead multiple simultaneous projects to deploy processes/systems and optimize hiring lead times, costs and service levels for our geographies in APAC expand the funnel with sourcing strategies for hiring a diverse workforce, evaluate hiring experience from a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion lens and execute labor strategy plans for high volume hiring of frontline associates
Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs, while measuring and identifying activities performed and ensuring service requirements
Identify, assess, track and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels and drive the Labor Strategy related decisions including Labor Model changes and associated change management across diverse stakeholders for smooth execution
-Manage the prioritization and trade-offs between different business groups, maximizing efficiency gains without compromising on quality
-Think strategically and translate strategy into operational plans and business results
-Obtain buy-in from senior business leaders and stakeholders, influence without authority to drive alignment for execution -Prepare, analyse and present data on key impact areas with support from Analytics and write clear and concise communication including monthly and quarterly business reviews

Every day will be different for this role holder. You will be solving interesting and challenging problems through simpler and innovative solutions. You will work with internal workforce staffing field team, peer program managers, tech, policy, legal, finance, operations teams and senior leadership to conceptualize, develop, pilot. implement and scale programs and project which makes Amazon world's most customer obsessed company.

Workforce Staffing (WFS), part of Worldwide Operations People, Product & Tech, manages Amazons Tier 1 talent supply chain. We attract, hire, and onboard the associates who, by fulfilling orders at the frontlines of the company, make Amazon a global leader in operations, delivery and logistics. The Senior Program Manager will lead a high impact role interacting with senior leadership and leading multi-country multi-functional projects
Preferred qualifications
Experience developing policies and supporting documentation - Experience managing confidential and sensitive employee information and adherence to strict confidentiality standards - Experience managing cross-functional projects & initiatives
Masters Degree in Human Resources, Business Management - Experience of working in a virtual team and leading teams across geographies
Work experience for a large-scale operations business such as FMCG, e-commerce, retail or manufacturing - Experience in Field HR or Operations or HR consulting and understanding of core HR processes -
