About the Role

We are looking for a skilled .NET Developer to join our development team. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain robust web applications using Microsoft .NET technologies. You'll work on both backend and frontend components, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality software. Experience in financial services will be a plus — but more importantly, you should be passionate about writing clean code, solving complex problems, and continuously improving application performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using C#, VB.NET, and the .NET Framework.
• Build scalable web services using ASP.NET, both REST and SOAP, to support internal and customer-facing applications.
• Work with front-end developers to integrate client-side components using JavaScript, ReactJS, or similar frameworks.
• Apply the MVC design pattern for developing structured, maintainable web applications.
• Design database schemas, write optimized SQL Server queries, and perform database tuning.
• Participate in code reviews, conduct static code analysis, and enforce code quality.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests using testing tools to ensure code reliability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues, drive continuous improvement.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and security using Spring Security or equivalent (in .NET context, e.g., ASP.NET Identity). (If security applies — remove if not)
• Collaborate with business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Remain up-to-date with the latest .NET trends, technologies, and software development practices.
• If relevant, work within regulated / financial domain applications, following domain-specific standards and security practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–8 years of solid experience as a .NET Developer.
• Proficiency in C# and VB.NET.
• Strong experience in ASP.NET (Web Forms, MVC) and web services (REST, SOAP).
• Experience working with relational databases, especially SQL Server.
• Good knowledge of front-end technologies: JavaScript, ReactJS, or similar.
• Familiar with design patterns (especially MVC), OOP, and software architecture principles.
• Experience with code quality tools, static analysis, and writing clean, maintainable code.
• Experience in writing automated tests (unit, integration).
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work within cross-functional teams.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Experience in the financial domain, with understanding of financial workflows, compliance, or fintech systems.
• Familiarity with Entity Framework (or other ORMs).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Experience with microservices architecture.

Pay: ₹850, ₹950,000.00 per year
