Responsibilities
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications using the .NET framework
• Working in collaboration with technical leads to identify the improvements and new features in the platform.
• Designing and building high-performance, scalable applications.
• Working with architects and other stakeholders to design new features or refactor existing ones.
• Optimizing existing codebases for performance and maintainability.
• Participating in code reviews and helping junior team members grow.
• Providing support for production issues when necessary.
• Collaborating with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to define project roadmap and deliver solutions.
• Troubleshooting and debugging software issues.
• Ensuring code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and automated testing frameworks.
• Providing technical support and assistance to users and other developers.
• Maintaining and updating existing software applications.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in the .NET ecosystem.
• Participating in code reviews and contributing to the team's knowledge base.
• Developing documentation for software applications. Required Skills & Experience
• Coding Skills: Ability to write high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code. Experience with peer reviews and peer testing.
• .NET: 58 years of hands-on experience with .NET (preferably .NET Core/ASP.NET Core).
• React: Minimum 1 year of experience working with React for frontend development.
• API Development & Integration: Strong experience building and integrating secure REST APIs.
• Testing: Proficiency in writing automated tests, including Unit Tests and Integration Tests.
• ORM: Experience working with Object-Relational Mappers (e.g., Entity Framework, Dapper).
• Database Development: Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL, including writing queries, stored procedures, and optimizing performance.
• SDLC: Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Problem Solving & Communication: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Collaboration: Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team. Good to Have Skills
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
• Experience with microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), or distributed systems
